I am very pleased with the diet program and results. I am about to complete week 4 and I am doing better on this diet than on any diet I have ever tried - and that has been almost every one out there! Losing weight is very hard for most people. Your program is easy to stick to because it includes healthy foods that you like-not just healthy, boring foods. There are varieties every week. And since I eat my lunches out during the week, you provide acceptable healthy meals that are not hard to find in restaurants. A nurse friend looked at my weekly diet plan and immediately commented that it was a healthy plan. Thank you for your great program!
